IMPORTANT
- Valid photo ID (passport/INE) is required for all reservations at check-in.
- To stay at the Hotel Maria Camille you must be of legal age or accompanied by an adult who presents official photo identification (passport/INE).
- Only the guest or guests registered at the Reception can stay in the hotel (room). The hotel reserves the right of admission.
- The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. All damages will be assessed
- by the hotel Management and must be paid before departure or the card provided as guarantee will be charged.
PAYMENT POLICIES
If you guarantee your reservation with a credit or debit card, you must physically show the card to which the charge is made, which must be personalized with the name of the holder and with the official identification (INE/Passport) at check-in. in. The holder of the voucher must appear at the hotel during check-in to sign the voucher.

RESERVATION POLICIES
A deposit may be required to secure a reservation, depending on the type of accommodation and rate booked.

For any early departure, the same rule will apply and the remainder of the stay will be charged.
A hold will be made on the credit card as guarantee, 48 hours before arrival for the amount of the first night. If you want to pay with a different credit card, we will release that hold and make the payment at the time of check-in. There may be exceptions, depending on the type of accommodation and rate booked.
For group reservations, policies may vary according to the season and room availability.
PARKING LOT
The parking fee is included in the reservation, and it is located next to the hotel, it is required to leave the car keys and it only covers one car per room. If you do not wish to leave keys or bring an additional car, you are given the option to pay $250.00 pesos per night per car.
